NextTee User Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain up-to-date account details.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of the Service & Golf Tracking Features

NextTee provides tools for logging golf rounds, tracking shot trajectories, analyzing club statistics, and participating in group rounds and tournaments. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Manipulate scorecards or tournament leaderboards in a deceptive or fraudulent manner.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any component of the application or website.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our servers or databases.

3. User Content & Shared Leaderboards

You retain ownership of any content, round scores, statistics, or profile information you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By participating in group rounds, live tournaments, or public leaderboards, you grant us permission to display your username, handicap index, and round statistics to other participating golfers according to your privacy settings.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain premium features or advanced analytics may be offered via paid subscriptions or in-app purchases through platform app stores (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store):

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• Payments and refunds are handled directly through your app store account settings in accordance with their respective billing policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to NextTee—including its software code, visual design, user interfaces, logos, and proprietary analytics models—are owned exclusively by AstroCloud LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroCloud LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the application or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
