Deletion Request Steps
To verify account ownership and process your request securely, please send an email from or referencing the account email address.

Set the subject as “Account Deletion”
Use the exact subject line Account Deletion so our system routes your request for immediate handling.

In the body of the email, state what account with the associating email needs to be deleted so we can accurately identify and verify your profile.

What data gets deleted?
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete your user account, handicap index, profile setup, logged golf rounds, shot trajectories, and statistics from our active servers.
How long does the process take?
Requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your account and all associated data have been permanently removed.
